Please find below the details of our privacy policy for our customers, shareholders and other stakeholders. This charter applies to BANK CRYPTO as well as to all the companies of the CrypotoCrom group. Our Privacy Policy is updated regularly to reflect new laws and technological changes, those relating to our operations and our working methods. Our Charter of Confidentiality is thus always in accord with the rapid changes of the professional environment. Any information we hold will be governed by the most current Confidentiality Charter.

Employees with access to personal information are sensitized and trained in respecting the confidentiality of customer data and respecting the privacy of individuals. These persons are thus liable to be subject to sanctions which may go as far as dismissal in the event of breach of these obligations. We have appointed a Privacy Officer to ensure that our management of personal data complies with this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act.

Protecting the confidentiality of your data is a priority for us, whether you are in contact with us personally by telephone, e-mail, internet or any other means. Your personal information is saved in a combination of secure computer installations, paper documents and other files. We therefore take all necessary security measures to prevent any improper use, unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of the data. We may have to keep these files for a long time. However, when we consider that this information is no longer useful to us, we will delete all details identifying you or destroy this data.

We are aware that your personal information may change regularly (change of address or other personal circumstances) and we do our utmost to keep them current. We can generally update this information by phone.

YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO VERIFY THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU

Unless otherwise noted, according to the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to report any errors. To make a request, please contact us in writing, providing proof of your identity and specifying the information you wish to obtain and / or modify. In some cases, we may charge you a fee to cover the cost of verifying the form, locating and copying any required information. We acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within 40 days of receipt of your request and payment of the applicable fee.

HOW TO ADDRESS A CLAIM?

If you believe that we are breaching the Privacy Policy or Data Protection Principles in any way, or that we generally violate your privacy, you may make a complaint. This will be dealt with as soon as possible. To do so, please contact your account manager.

We are constantly striving to improve the functionality of this site thanks to technological evolutions. This may mean a change in the way personal data is collected or used. The impact of any change in technology that may affect your right to privacy will be noted in this Supplement at the time of the change.
